PAC also hopes to eradicate (or at least minimise) the rabies virus from Ko Pangan island. There are many ways in which you can assist PAC Koh Phangan and ensure our continued good work. PAC is a non-profit organisation, developed to provide essential care for the many ill and suffering stray animals of Koh PhaNgan. We aim to greatly improve the quality of life of PhaNgan's animals by providing emergency relief and nursing care. PhaNgan Animal Care is located on the south of the island, approximately 1 km from the main town of Thong Sala, on the road to Haad Rin Beach.
